Job Description

As an IT Infrastructure Specialist you will be responsible for implementation of global solutions in the area of infrastructure and End User Services in Poland and the Baltics. You will closely cooperate with a global team in terms of finding ways to deal with technical issues as well as support users on daily basis.

Other responsibilities:

  • Cooperation with key external IT services providers for JDE
  • Participation in local projects covering technical infrastructure cases
  • Support for the local business and communication of all changes considering IT infrastructure
  • Execution of IT policy & procedures in terms of data security

For this role, we’re looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:

  • Good IT knowledge in the field of End User Services, servers, LAN/WAN networks
  • At least 2 years of experience in providing support for users
  • Sociability and great communication skills
  • Self-reliance and initiative in executing tasks
  • Good command of English and Polish
  • Openness for new challenges and a will to deepen knowledge on IT field
