The CI Specialist  is part of the plant organization and plays a key role within the CI support structure in developing and sustaining the plant’s CI culture.  He/she is a power user of improvement tools focused on optimizing manufacturing performance (Quality, Cost, Delivery, Safety, Culture) and is responsible for transferring skill capability to conversion teams.

Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

• Drives CI agenda of the plant, supports design and implementation of MOS tools and standards required to complete Advanced Phase assessment..
• Support the Quality, Cost, Delivery, Safety, Morale principles, line start-ups and work on minor capital projects primarily CI driven
• In cooperation with production units is responsible for the realization of productivity, CI ideas and Kaizen projects of the section/plant
• Supports the local team in upstream smart ideas/Best Practice Replication.
• Coordinates and/or executes specific skills training for management  and production teams on required capabilities.
• Works closely with Plant Management Team to establish a team culture at the lines and processing areas. 
• Continuously challenges the status quo, understood as a day-to-day activity in the section/business unit.  Identifies best practices for both JDE internal and external processes via benchmarking.
• Develops strong networking  within plant and within Global JDE Operations Community.

• Strong understanding of TPM \ Lean \ IL6S principles
• Successful experience in completing stages of Lean \ TPM journey in production company
• Upper-Intermediate level of English is a must
• Strong analytical, organization skills
• Experienced in building effective partnerships
