The Global IT Security & Compliance Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining a corporate-wide information security management program to ensure that information assets are adequately protected and compliant. 

With your team, you will be responsible for identifying, evaluating and reporting on information security, IT audit and compliance risks in a manner that meets compliance and regulatory requirements and aligns with and supports the risk posture of JDE. In this role, you will demonstrate visionary leadership, expertise in (business) stakeholder management as well as audit and security frameworks and technologies. The Security & Compliance team is part of the IT Service & Operations organisation in JDE.

In this role at JDE, you will be responsible for:  

• Enabling the future strategic objectives of the enterprise information security and IT / OT risk management processes;
• Delivering repeatable and robust governance programs to guarantee information security; 
• Provide risk reviews for IT projects to fit our legal standards; 
• Becoming a “top-of-class” team in the field of security & compliance;
• Managing the overall IT security and compliance-related budget/financial spend; 
• Managing outsourcing contracts with vendors that provides operational activities;
• Manage the control framework to integrate and normalise the wide variety and ever-changing requirements;
• Maintaining our agility to upgrade, integrate and maintain our processes easily;
• Supporting the Agile and DevOps transformation at JDE. 

We are looking to hire a seasoned manager with a proven track record in managing a team of experienced IT security professionals, driving change within a global operating IT department and managing all security aspects of large (multimillion) IT programs within a worldwide operating enterprise.

Our preferred candidate would have: 

• A bachelor or master’s degree in IT or Business Information;  
• Additional education acquired thru security management certifications like CISSP, CISM or CISA;
• Over eight years of work experience in a combination of risk management, information security activities;
• Multiple years of experience in managing a team of senior security or risk professionals;
• Proven ability to interact with senior stakeholders and executive board members
• The ability to speak and write English on a professional level;
• Excellent analytical and conceptual skills.
