Job Description

  1. Analyze how brand is positioned in the market and crystalize targeted consumers insights.
  2. Translate brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning and go-to-market strategies.
  3. Manage local product adaptation within the context of central innovation decision making and coordinates all activities within the scope of local launches of NPD or Adaptation.
  4. Manage external communication activities including social media all in line with the communication and media strategy as defined by marketing leader.
  5. Manage local execution of advertisement and promotion activities as central category strategy guidelines.
  6. Oversee marketing and advertising activities to ensure consistency with product line strategy
  7. Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates
  8. Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  9. Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions through focus groups and market research

Qualifications

  1. 3-5 years working experience as brand manager or associate brand manager
  2. BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
  3. Experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  4. Proven ability of new product development and launching campaign to market
  5. Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
  6. Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  7. Advanced communication and interpersonal skills
  8. Excellent command of the English language
  9. Have an instinctive feeling about future product concepts
  10. Highly creative with ability to think out of box
  11. Be able to work well with a diversity of people from different parts of the business
