Job Description


The GM for this cluster is responsible for all commercial, support and technical service functions in all 2 markets, this position has direct accountability for more than Eur70m in revenues and almost 200 employees – so it’s a role which requires significant leadership and commercial experience.  
The role is based in Gordon, Sydney, and reports into the Global President Professional who is based at the global head office in the Netherlands.
 

Qualifications

To rise to the challenge, the successful candidate will require strong analytical skills, discipline, and focus on operational excellence.  We require someone ready to give 100% to the role: a great engager of people and a strong collaborator with other markets and the central functions.   There are some significant challenges in this cluster and a hill to climb before it can become the high performance business we know it can be. Experience of managing distributors and large field teams will be a distinct advantage. 


We are looking for a top talent with least 3 years’ track record of delivering profitable growth within the B2B coffee industry, who can handle complexity and work in a matrix structure. We are also looking for someone with distributor management experience and strong experience in remote team leadership. We are also looking for someone with potential for future development elsewhere in the company therefore geographical mobility to Europe is a must.
