Job Description

Controlling & Reporting

  • Regular SG&A, A&P , PnL and BS controlling
  • Controlling and Approval of Payments
  • Preparing of Management Deck
  • Material & Customer base profitability analysis
  • Customer PnL
  • Year End closing
  • OWC Reporting

Local Accounting & Auditors

  • Being single point of contact for TP, Tax, Audit and etc.
  • Provide all local Financial statements requested from 3rd parties
  • Creating & Mapping local accounts in SAP
  • E-ledger upload and follow up
  • Responsible from all auditor documentation and question request
  • Support having correct Local financials at each month
  • Support preparing local declarations
  • Documentation to tax office
  • Follow up all local ledgers, printing local ledgers and do their notary work

VAT Refund

  • Preperation VAT input&output List by considering max company benefit
  • Reconcile with the declaration
  • Meet audit documentation&question request
  • Meet Tax office documentation&question request
  • Provide LOG, meet all requirements
  • After tax office reports, clear all deficient and errors

Month Closing

  • TAS vs SAP Accrual reconcilation
  • Settlenment / AUC run for Construction In Progress
  • COGS related AJE /RJE bookings
  • Accruals calculation and booking
  • Intercompany accounting/reporting
  • Royalty Fees
  • Working Capital Management
  • Deferred Tax
  • BPC Reporting
  • IFRS16 postings

Qualifications

  • BA in Finance / Management
  • 8+  years experience in an international FMCG company in finance
  • Audit experience in Big Four is critical
  • Experience in leading teams
  • Experience in coffee or tea category is a plus
  • Result orientation
  • Excellent analytical, reporting and communication skills & team work
  • Project management skills and experience with stakeholder management
  • Flexibility
  • Excellent command of English & Turkish
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office & SAP 
  • Excellent command of local legislation & IFRS
  • CPA
