Job Description

The Digital Marketing & eCom Manager is a newly created role at a super exciting time for JDE where our brand connections with our consumers are evolving as well as the availability and need to drive omni presence beyond traditional retail.  The goal of this role is to champion and lead this digital transformation, setting the strategies that will drive digital media effectiveness and deploy our e-commerce strategy. 

  • Deploy and manage brand connection plans within digital channels 
  • Partner Sales team to drive online sales through e-retail and pure play customers 
  • Manage DTC platforms for 2 brands across ANZ
  • Refine ways of working and partnerships with Agencies
  • Develop eCom and Digtial strategies and control budget 
  • Manage, coach and develop our Digital Marketing Specialist 
  • Partner with cross functional teams to establish eCom review processes to optimize online activities, product offerings, performance marketing & channel efficiencies
  • Design, monitor, improve and manage marketing and conversion campaigns in interface with global and local brand teams and customers

For this role as our Digital Marketing and eCommerce Manager, we’re looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:

  • Strong people leadership drive; desire to grow skill set of direct and indirect reports 
  • Outstanding stakeholder management skills with ability to influence at all levels 
  • Sufficient experience in Digital and eCom to be able to operate as the expert within ANZ business
  • Performance Marketing experience with a proven ability to build campaigns from awareness to conversion
  • Prior experience in managing DTC with CRM building and database management
  • Strong data analytics, translating insights to action/ decision
