Job Description

As a Revenue Planning Executive, you will be part of the Sales Revenue Planning team, which forms part of the wider Sales function. You will report directly to the Sales Revenue Planning Manager, working cross functionally with other departments to deliver the Coffee Category goals.

Primarily, the Planning team is responsible for co-ordinating the delivery of the sales results and providing insight for the other functions within the business.

This involves building, managing, tracking and evaluating a Trade Spend budget, used for driving volume, profit, revenue and rate per tonne.

The key responsibilities of the Revenue Planning Executive are:

  • Planning, communication and tracking of the business plan

  • Reviewing customer business forecast and promotional plans

  • Working with supply chain to ensure accurate forecast delivered to factory

  • Management of the Promotional database including promotional summary accuracy and promotional finance documentation accuracy.

  • Working with marketing team to ensure they are fully briefed on their brands execution within customers

Qualifications

  • Degree preferred.

  • Able to break down complexity and provide clear and consistent messages to internal stakeholders

  • Strong financial rigor

  • Previous commercial role and experience required, ideally within an FMCG customer facing role.

  • At least intermediate level Excel skills
