If you live and breathe digital marketing, we would very much like to talk to you. We are looking for a Cluster Digital Marketing Manager who can provide a superior online experience for our customers. 

The Cluster Digital Marketing Manager will lead and be hands on with all aspects of our digital acceleration. You will become responsible for defining our strategic and tactical direction and be accountable for executing plans which drive significant growth within lead generation and e-commerce. You will do this in close cooperation with your two direct reports which you will lead and develop for success, the rest of the marketing team and the global digital team.

Your new challenge:

  • Develop and lead your team for high engagement and performance 
  • Define and execute the digital marketing strategy for JDE Professional Nordic (DK,SE,NO) and regularly evaluate commercial targets to measure the effectiveness of the strategy
  • Driving the Annual Operating Plan for digital in collaboration with the marketing team and local markets
  • Define digital commercial growth targets for e-com and lead generation and execute accordingly for success
  • Planning and execution of digital campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, automated marketing, social media and display
  • Adapt and develop content for the use across own and bought media addressing customer needs, commercial KPI’s and brand positioning
  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
  • Measure and report performance of digital marketing campaigns, and assess ROI using relevant KPIs.
  • Development of the current platform in close collaboration with the Nordic Business Process Owner
  • Further build digital capabilities and understanding in local marketing functions

Qualifications

  • 8+ years commercial experience, ideally marketing.
  • 4+ years digital marketing experience (B2B preferred) with proven track record in creating digital success
  • Proven success in developing own team and deliver results through others
  • Proven results within leading and developing digital communication addressing customer needs, brand positioning and commercial KPI’s
  • Master digital terms like CMS, SEO, SEM, SoMe and Marketing Automation
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools
  • Proven track record from delivering P&L growth from digital
  • Extensive communication skills and personal drive
  • Fluency in Danish and English
