Job Description

  • Planning and implementation of Sales Information System Projects to cover needs of customers, ensuring an op timal use of resources.
  • Analyze gaps and changes needed for adapting global templates to local specifics and keep updated about new information systems and technological improvements to detect opportunities for the company.
  • Managing sales automation system in day to day operations, projects and communication with all stakeholders.
  • To define new products, price updates and trade promotions in the sales automation system .
  • Develop reports for distributor sell in, sell out, stock level, G2N spendings and publish periodically to support SM&SS manager to take necessary actions with related parties to improve financial results.
  • Analysing monthly sales outcomes through scorecards for creating opportunities in the distributor & region & channel
  • Collection and consolidation of requested data from the field team
  • Supports sales team in achievement of main sales KPI's and effective decision making with daily, weekly, monthly reports and requested ad-hoc (Nielsen, scantrack etc..) analysis

Qualifications

  • BA in Finance / Management
  • 4+  years experience in an international FMCG company, in sales finance / trade marketing / sales
  • Experience in sales analysis
  • Experience in coffee or tea category is a plus
  • Result orientation
  • Good analytical, reporting and communication skills & team work
  • Project management skills and experience with stakeholder management
  • Flexibility
  • Excellent command of English & Turkish
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office 
  • Excellent command of Panorama & Logo
