Job Description

 

  • Leads and monitors the Local End User Services and Infrastructure service delivery to ensure effective and efficient day-to-day Infrastructure IT services for the local businesses and  follows global company’s IT standards, policies and guidelines, and  drives it’s adoption within the cluster.
  • Supports IT Manager in financial execution: to ensure that the IT cost model is accurate and transparent.
  • Communicates the IT strategy & initiatives to the business and ensures that the business stakeholders are aware of the IT strategic planning and priorities.
  • Focuses on business improvement and business processes, as well as delivering appropriate technology.
  • Ensures Audit/Risk/Security Compliance (including licensing)
  • Critical Incidents\Problems\Changes management
  • Vendor management

Qualifications

  • Enthusiastic about coffee;
  • Higher education, preferably in IT or Computer Science discipline;
  • 3+ years of IT experience;
  • Experience in external vendor management and IT Services Management (Technology Operations) in a multi-vendor organization
  • Sound knowledge of IT frameworks like ITIL v3 (2011)
  • Interacts with Business and IT stakeholders, being able to explain IT in a very simple and understandable way.
  • Ability to translate understanding of the organization's goals and objectives into operational End-User Services / Infra requirements.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal and experience in building & working with remote teams
  • Experience in a multi-cultural international organization is preferred
  • Industry experience with a FMCG company is a prerequisite.
