JACOBS DOUWE EGBERTS (JDE) is a €5 billion global business retaining a start-up feel and containing some of the leading brands in Coffee and Tea – Kenco, Douwe Egberts, TASSIMO and Jacobs to name a few.

The JDE CZ OPS represents one of the top single-serve producers for JDE and has experienced of continual growth, with more than 300 associates and nearly 30.000 tons production volumes per year

JDE is a growth engine for the category driving premiumisation by leading the single-serve partition with the Tassimo brand and premiumising the instant coffee segment through Kenco, Douwe Egberts and the newly launched L’Or brand.

• The role is responsible for developing and delivering the MOS roadmap for the plant, building on the standard MOS program
• Works effectively with the Management Team of the plant as linking pin ensuring the implementation of the MOS program
• Develops MOS implementation plan to deliver the plant CBN, with clear focus on zero defects, zero losses and total engagement culture. This plan needs to be consistent with standard JDE MOS roadmap
• Owns daily Operations Performance meetings Structure (OPS), basic problem solving tools (Root Cause Analysis, Kaizen, SMED, 6Sigma) and 5S
• Actively monitors and follows-up on the key performance indicators of the area
  Supports cost reduction and efficiency improvement initiatives

• Master Degree in Engineering (or related field)
• Min 3 years experience in manufacturing environment preferred FMCG
  Profound knowledge of TPM (prerequisite), Lean and 6Sigma methodologies
• Occasional travelling abroad required for meetings with and visits to other plants and HQ
• Ability to communicate in English is MUST (min. B2 according to CERR)
• Ability to communicate in Czech is MUST
