Job Description

As a Brand Manager (Senior) you will be mainly responsible for co-defining development of growth strategies and long-term plans, leveraging consumer insights and driving corresponding marketing programs for Instant Category and Jacobs Brand Equity.

Key tasks:

  • Deliver Instant business, marketing and communication KPIs
  • Development of growth strategies and long-term plans, leverage consumer insights and drive corresponding marketing programs for Instant Category (Jacobs, Prima)
  • Cooperation with media agency in terms of developing media strategy and its implementation, incl. media purchase effectiveness
  • Responsibility for strengthening Jacobs Brand Equity
  • Everyday brand management – execution of marketing activities, providing analysis and recommendations, managing budget, answering ad-hoc requests
  • Work closely with Jacobs & Category HQ teams to export local insights and import best central solutions translated to local or country-cluster environment
  • Partner with all stakeholders (other functions within PL organization, creative agencies, media agency) to support execution of annual plans 
  • Contribute to build one Marketing Team.

For this role as a Brand Manager (Senior), we’re looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:

  • 6+ years of experience within Marketing Department in FMCG company
  • Experience in developing successful brand growth strategies
  • Experience in developing and executing effective brand communication and activations
  • Experience in new product development and market introduction including multi-country process management
  • High level of accountability and entrepreneurship
  • Team Player  - open with high interpersonal skills and positive attitude
  • Strong logical, analytical and conceptual thinking with the ability to simplify
  • High engagement and motivation
