Job Description

You will be part of a fun and inclusive HR Team and partner with our Operations  and Retail teams based in East Tamaki and Christchuch (car and some domestic travel required). 

In any given week you may:

  • Coach and guide on employee relations and union matters
  • Help a leader with performance management and engagement 
  • Ensure L & D is at top of mind 
  • Steer different groups of people together to drive results

For this role as our new Human Resources Advisor, we’re looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:

  • Experience working as HR Generalist  / Advisor  / Business Partner ideally in FMCG 
  • Strong Employee and Labour Relations experience (with solid NZ legislative knowledge)
  • Union negotiation experience
  • Outstanding communication and influencing skills 
  • Interest and experience in Learning and Development including facilitation (we have some exciting things coming in this space)
  • Agile and adaptive approach with a desire to make a difference
