Job Description

In your role as e-Procurement Specialist you will own the maintenance, compliance and continuous improvement for the Source-to-Contract processes across the global procurement organization through e-Procurement tools. You will manage the end-user support structure, facilitate training, track compliance to ensure that the sourcing processes are clearly adhered to within Procurement. Collect user experience feedback combined with business requirements to further enhance our Source-to-Contract capabilities through e-Procurement tools.

Your key accountabilities are:

  • Manage the Procurement Source-to-Contract processes for global organization and regions
  • Drive full utilization of SAP Ariba capabilities and drive adoption of the business; provide advice to drive process and behavioral change. With your external focus you will bring the best in class procurement practices towards JDE.
  • Manage the end-user support organization and maintain & provide training
  • Improve process compliance by measuring, gathering and sharing best practices
  • Liaise with IT and own the data structure of SAP Ariba and other administrative processes
  • Maintain road map and drive continuous improvement of the process and tool
  • Create mid/ long term E-Procurement road map & set performance objectives to buying teams.
     

Qualifications

To be successful in this role we are looking for a professional with:
•    Bachelor’s Degree, Preferably Master’s Degree
•    Min 4 years’ experience and proven track record in Procurement Roles in the FMCG or related industry. 
•    Advanced Knowledge in E-Procurement Tools (ARIBA)
•    Advanced Project Management Skills 
•    Strong stakeholder management & communication skills
