Job Description
- Monitor and provide the feedback if all the company’s products are displayed as per store size guidelines;
- Communicate and collect the feedback from the store management;
- Assess and provide the feedback about the quality of services provided by the distributor field force in the area;
- Monitor market in-store activities and transmit information to JDE;
- Comment the observation results to JDE managers or to the distributor directly if requested and agreed;
- Implement necessary shelf activities resulting from the strategy (improvement of space, shelf placement, management activities by category).
- Provide other (ad-hoc) information as per JDE manager’s requests that is related to specific territory, store or product.
Qualifications
- FMCG experience would be a plus
- Minimum 3 years of experience as Sales Representative/Supervisor or another relevant sales experience
- Fluent Lithuanian language skills and good knowledge of Russian and English
- High level of accountability and entrepreneurship
- Team Player - open with high interpersonal skills and positive attitude
- High engagement and motivation
