Job Description

  • Monitor and provide the feedback if all the company’s products are displayed as per store size guidelines;
  • Communicate and collect the feedback from the store management;
  • Assess and provide the feedback about the quality of services provided by the distributor field force in the area;
  • Monitor market in-store activities and transmit information to JDE;
  • Comment the observation results to JDE managers or to the distributor directly if requested and agreed;
  • Implement necessary shelf activities resulting from the strategy (improvement of space, shelf placement, management activities by category).
  • Provide other (ad-hoc) information as per JDE manager’s requests that is related to specific territory, store or product.

Qualifications

  • FMCG experience would be a plus
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as Sales Representative/Supervisor or another relevant sales experience
  • Fluent Lithuanian language skills and good knowledge of Russian and English
  • High level of accountability and entrepreneurship
  • Team Player - open with high interpersonal skills and positive attitude
  • High engagement and motivation
