Job Description

  • Provide regular (weekly, monthly) verification of the completeness of the data of the sales information system (sales, product balances, other data), validation of these data (store, agent, product, etc.). Correct the identified inconsistencies by coordinating work with representatives of distributors (analysts, key users, etc.) and the IS sales department of the Company. Monitor and keep up-to-date the directories of the Sales information system: field structure, directory of outlets and others (according to business needs).                                          
  • Coordinate and improve the data quality control of the information system of the sales department for the EECA region: coordinate compliance with current procedures and processes, analyze the possibilities of their improvement and automation, implement the agreed changes and monitor their compliance.                                                                                                        
  • Consolidate, analyze and systematize the business processes of EECA region countries according to the Sales information system (analytical reporting and etc). Participate in improving the information system of the Sales Department of the region (including conducting an audit on the compliance of the existing system with updated business needs). Create and / or adopt analytical reporting of the region in accordance with the business needs of the EECA region.                                                                                   
  • Regularly (on monthly and weekly bases) prepare standard reports on the implementation of the EECA region's sales plan, other reports in accordance with the needs (results of activities and focuses) for the leadership team of the region. Provide additional reports as requested by management and the EECA team. Consolidate sales plans for the region’s Sales Department.                             
  • Exchange key information about the processes, deadlines, tasks and others. from leadership team to regional teams. Advise a regional team on current Sales priorities.     

Qualifications

  • Higher Education;
  • 1+ years of experience  in the departments of economics, finance, marketing, analytics;
  • Proven ability of establishing and maintaining effective cross functional collaboration, demonstrating ability to be flexible, balanced and positive;
  • Strong analytical skills, the ability to work with large amounts of data;
  • Advanced planning skills;
  • Experienced user: MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint;
  • Languages: Russian - fluent, English - upper-intermediate level;
