In the job you will play a central role in the Danish Marketing team and you will become part of the Nordic marketing department, which also consists of a Nordic category team and digital team.
You will become responsible for the development and execution of the local customer segment and portfolio strategies and the implementation of segment specific propositions. As such, the role is responsible for developing segment specific propositions that perfectly fit the need of our customers and develop and deliver proposition- and segment activations contributing to sales and market share growth.
The interface is extensive, especially internally but also externally toward partners, and you will become part of a skilled, ambitious and passionate marketing team.
Development of segment strategy based on trends, market development, consumer-, customer- and competitor insights
Execute local concept- and segment activations in close cooperation with sales, lead generation and development of sales supportive tools.
Develop and execute relationship management activities in close cooperation with sales to build and maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Responsible for acquiring and validating leads
Activation of product- and concept introductions the different segments.
Stay up-to-date on market trends, industry standards and competitors.
Internal reporting of developments, trends and needs for the different segments.
- At least 3 years in a similar commercially driven marketing position, and possess a relevant education e.g. HD, Master or Cand. Merc.
Solid business understanding and analytical skills
Good communications skills and personal drive to lead activities involving multiple functions at all managerial level
Experience in leadgeneration and the customer journey, and the desire to take this to a higher level.
Proven track record in project management, execution through sales department, and development of marketing activation driving commercial growth campaigns.
Experience with Sales Force, CRM or business intelligence will be an advantage as well a natural interest in Coffee.
The workplace can be either at our Nordic office in Copenhagen or at our Danish office in Middelfart. If working out of Copenhagen it is expected to spend minimum two days a week in Middelfart.
