Job Description

This ambitious and enthusiastic team is looking for a new Global Procurement Manager HR & Fleet to join the team. In this role you will be reporting to the Director Global Procurement Media, Marketing, HR & Professional Services. The Global HR & Fleet Manager is the category leader owning the JDE Fleet sourcing strategy and responsible for managing consistent deployment and relevant programs and policies across the JDE countries in collaboration with local / regional fleet managers who are residing under local HR. The regional fleet managers (4 currently) have a functional (dotted) reporting line to the global Procurement Manager Fleet. Next to Fleet, sourcing and management in other HR categories is part of the role. This is a senior position within JDE Indirects Procurement team and you will be able to further shape and build category management within the team.

JDE embarked on a new Fleet policy and Fleet management strategy after the merger of DE and Mondelez coffee businesses. With the objective to consistently manage fleet achieving strategy delivery, transparency, control and ongoing improvements. In this role it is your goal to take the lead in driving JDE’s Fleet strategy. 
 

Qualifications

In this role you will lead the JDE’s Fleet Management Program in accordance to the car lease policy of JDE. your responsibilities for the Global Fleet management will be for example and not limited to:

  • Sourcing and managing suppliers. Conduct negotiations and leading tenders.
  • Managing Fleet stakeholders, leads meetings, calls and delivers regular reporting. Expert and owner of designated Fleet plans, programs  and how they are deployed.
  • Leverage the contracts to create synergy and economies of scale for JDE.
  • Define the category and Supplier Strategy, based on business needs.
  • Contribute to in-/ outsourcing decisions/plans and lead monitoring of main outsourced technologies in order to improve efficiency and reduce the TCO.
  • Supplier Relationship management. Leads regular key supplier business reviews. Manages  evaluations and addresses  relationship opportunities and issues. Responsible for improvement action planning.
  • Central process and tool owner, initiating  proactive opportunities and improvements.
  • Contributes to the development and improvement of the car lease policy together with HR, in line with the different markets and the business needs of the JDE entities.


For the responsibilities for the global HR Procurement space there is an opportunity to develop deeper procurement HR collaboration and leverage JDE scale across markets. This includes:

  • Developing new innovative sourcing strategies identifying opportunities
  • Building compelling business cases in close collaboration with HR and Market stakeholders
  • Running tenders, negotiations and contracting processes
  • Implement with central and local functional teams
  • Supplier Relationship Management
     

This all with a great enthusiasm, the right drive and capability to shape and build the category management function further.
