Job Description

The JDE Direct to Consumer team is a young but experienced team of digital experts. We are responsible for developing the global e-commerce activities and online experience for JDE and work in close alignment with local markets and global departments. Collecting, testing, analyzing and delivering the information back to the business are crucial steps to understand successes, failures and learn from both.

JDE’s Direct to Consumer team is looking to add a new member to their team to explore the data it harvests daily and deliver actions-driving insights to its members. The candidate will report into the Global E-commerce Technology & Operations Manager and support the different areas of expertise within the Direct to Consumer team (Development, Online Marketing, UX, Content, Operations) for all their brands.

In the role you will support one of our DTC brands in optimizing conversion rates via A/B and multivariant testing, personalization programs and funnel analysis. Based on the test result you propose improvement plans to improve the Direct to Consumer KPIs via the development pipeline and increase the return on investment of our marketing activities. Your are an expert in understanding customer funnels. You partner with design and development teams to recommended changes to our platform. Next to that, you have a strong understanding in Google Analytics (GA) and BI tools and support the business team(s) where needed in making data driven recommendations based on deepdives from GA and other conversion / funnel tracking tools.

To be successful in the role you have a minimum of 3 years experience in Direct to Consumer as CRO Specialist with a proven track records to translate monitoring of the website, deep dives into recommendation of improvements to the website which drives increase of conversion rate and improvement of the retention.

As a Direct to Consumer Web analyst you report directly into the eCommerce Management Team.

Additional Information

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Planning, orchestrating and analyzing A/B tests, designed to improve upon key website performance indicators (such as conversion rate, revenue, and other important metrics)
  • Monitoring web analytics (Google Analytics) for performance across KPIs
  • Serving as a subject matter expert for analytics usage and deployment, and helping foster a data driven culture
  • Identifying issues with performance across various dimensions and providing information necessary to resolve
  • Creating ad hoc reports as needed
  • Establishing dashboards for KPIs specific to different business groups
  • Continuous auditing of performance across various dimensions, identifying trends material to website performance, and working with functional teams to determine underlying causes and effect\

Requirements

  • 3 year minimum experience in Conversion Analysis/Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) – including A/B testing operations (experiment design, execution and analysis/reporting for stakeholders), measuring and analyzing key performance metrics, and providing actionable business intelligence
  • Proficiency in utilizing Google Analytics
  • experience in UX/UX Research is a plus
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work in multiple cross-functional teams, providing leadership or support when needed
