The Assistant Brand Manager (ABM) will play a key part in creating and shaping the marketing plans for L’OR and Kenco brands within the NCC category, whilst also gaining experience in digital comms development and media planning for the L’OR brand. The ABM will be responsible for leading specific initiatives and projects but also supporting other members of the team with activation and tracking of the plans. You will have the opportunity to impact the full marketing mix to drive mental, portfolio and physical availability of our brands in the UK&I.
Key responsibilities for Assistant Brand Manager include:
Support the Category Lead / Brand Manager on range/portfolio management, including leadership of ‘adaptation’ projects, business case development, packaging artwork process, and deployment in store through powerful sell-in and launch.
Interface with Global NCC category team to influence future development and deploy Global initiatives locally.
Responsible for brand and portfolio performance tracking and analysis, and supporting the wider sales & marketing team to create course correction plans.
Supports Shopper Marketing JDE to ensure exceptional brand activation at POS.
Responsible for L’OR brand local marketing budget management, tracking and reporting.
Responsible for compiling market & competitor reviews in order to feed into plans.
Supports NCC/L’OR team members in various activities as required.
Experience required for the Assistant Brand Manager role:
Degree qualified, preferred.
Minimum 1-2 years Marketing experience, preferably within FMCG
Strong data analysis and interpretation skills essential
Proven Project Management skills
Excellent communication skills with track record of building strong relationships/collaboration
An entrepreneurial, self-starter mindset
