Job Description

Are you an amazing Sales Person looking for the next step to grow and develop your sales career in an office-based environment?

  • Prospecting lead calls and proactively seeking new business activities
  • Updating client information and ensuring all communications are recorded
  • Team work. You’ll be assisting with administration and sales support tasks and working closely with our great team

This role focuses on upselling and cross selling to our existing customers, sourcing new ones and appointment setting for our Field based Sales team.  You will also manage the creation and maintenance of customer contractual data

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and experience:

  • 2+ years’ experience in a sales or customer facing role preferably within the indirect and office channel 
  • Outstanding communication skills 
  • High resilience and relationship building skills 
  • Ability to both sell products and set appointments
  • A great phone manner and good listening skills
  • Have experience with different sales techniques and enjoy getting to know people
  • A passion for all things coffee and tea!
