Job Description

  • Fully responsible for attracting and sourcing highly talented company members
  • Aligning global strategy to locally relevant Talent Acquisition and recruitment plans across all  digital/online and offline channels
  • Driving employer branding agenda (implementation of Global EVP, cooperation with universities)
  • Organizing onboarding processes
  • Supporting organization and administration of learning & development (L&D) initiatives
  • Engaging JDE associates by  co-organizing company events
  • Being responsible for internal Communication
  • Administration of Engagement Gallup Survey

Qualifications

  • Experience and expertise in Talent Acquisition practices (recruitment and employer branding)
  • Strong Project Management experience and prioritization skills
  • Proactive, flexible, able to manage and influence key internal stakeholders;
  • Demonstrates ability to think and act both strategically and operationally maximizing above market                impact
  • Results-driven with hands-on mentality;
  • Analytical skills
  • Excellent knowledge of English
