Job Description

JACOBS DOUWE EGBERTS represents some of the most iconic and strong coffee brands. We are the champions of coffee democracy and believe coffee should be available to everyone. Consumers are online and so are we. The JACOBS DOUWE EGBERTS e-commerce team is a young but experienced team of digital experts. We are responsible for developing the global e-commerce activities and online consumer experience. We work in close alignment with local markets and global departments. We enjoy working as a team, celebrating success and supporting one another. You will join a team with the mandate to make our vision a reality and contribute to the rapid growth of JDEs e-commerce business. In your role as Business Analyst you are responsible to translate data into steering information to support the business teams with insights continuously improve and grow our online business on brands like Tassimo, L’Or, Jacobs, Kenco, Moccona, Marcilla on all eCommerce channels, such as Direct to Consumer, Pureplay, Market Place and Grocery Online.

Qualifications

As a business analyst you will report directly into the Management Team. To be successful in this role, you have minimum 5 years’ experience in e-Commerce across multiple regions (specifically Europe and Asia). You have strong analytic skills, you are logical thinker whilst being able to connect the dots and result oriented with a proven record in successful business analyses. Having gained this experience within a large FMCG/CPG organization is considered advantageous. You possess strong stakeholder management skills. You master analytical tools like Alteryx and visualization tools like Tableau and PowerBI.
