DEPARTMENT: General Management, İstanbul, Turkey

POSITION GOAL:

The key responsibilities of the position will be verbal simultaneous translation for the Leadership Team and written documentation translation. 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

​​​The Simultaneous Interpreter will be working with the Leadership Team closely and will be responsible for ;

• Attending to the required meetings for simultaneously translating the business agenda & discussions
• Attending to the skype calls for simultaneously translating the business agenda & discussions
• Supporting the departments for translating written documentation, contracts and policies into Turkish
• Supporting Leadership Team in presentation preparations, verbally & written
• Managing work schedules to meet the deadlines
• Compiling information, such as business terms used in the company, into glossaries and terminology databases to be used in translations
• Rendering spoken messages accurately, quickly, and clearly

• Bachelor Degree in Simultaneous Translation in English
• FMCG / Business experience is a plus to have a business acumen
• Excellent communication & organizational skills
• Detail orientation & ability to manage complex and ambiguous situations
• Flexibility & adaptability to change
• Ability to work in a multicultural team and to interact with a diverse stakeholder group
• Ability to work with tight deadlines and in a fast paced environment
• Motivation to learn & grow within
• Excellent command of English & Turkish
• Excellent command of Microsoft Office Programs
