The HR department contains multiple disciplines and Centers of Expertise (CoE’s). The total number of employees is approximately 30, among which are HR Business Partners for the plants, the Retail and Professional units. The CoE’s are working in Compensation & Benefits and Learning & Development. Administrative processes are being handled by the HR Services team and last but not least there is a Talent Acquisition team of three people.

Functieomschrijving

Act as a member of the HR MT with specific attention for Talent Acquisition (TA), Retail and the HR function:

Talent Acquisition:

  • Lead the TA team, enabling the members to develop and grow and to further enhance the TA capabilities and improve TA practices;

  • Develop, implement and manage an annual TA strategy to secure critical talent for JDE;

  • Manage JDE’s Employer Brand strategy in partnership with Global TA and third parties if needed;

  • Proactively assess the external marketplace and competitive drivers to guide strategic decision-making and act as an advisor for key business leaders;

  • Ensure improvement in time to hire, talent pipeline and executing TA processes overall;

  • Design and implement solutions to source and attract talent;

  • Increase internal critical hires efficiency and reduce reliance on agency placement;

  • Create an extraordinary candidate and new hire experience.

HR Business Partner Retail & HR:

  • Lead tailoring and implementation of the people agenda into the business organization and the HR function. Topics are (among others) organizational development, talent management, performance development, engagement;

  • Coordinate, improve and implement the HR processes and execute various HR activities such as absence, performance cycle, behaviour and dismissal;

  • Partner with and support the Retail MT on people related topics in order to fulfil the current and future business needs;

  • Set the scene for creating a Retail & HR organization containing talent, capabilities, competences and functional alignment in order to deliver the current and future business needs;

  • Lead implementation of various local and/or functional change projects and ensure they are appropriately resourced, structured and governed.

Functie-eisen

 

  • Relevant Master’s degree, a minimum of 10 years of experience, largely gained in complex matrix companies;

  • Strong background in Talent Acquisition, preferably both in agencies and internal positions, and you are experienced in developing TA to a grown up and stable function;

  • Fluent in Dutch & English. 

  • Broad HR experience as a generalist on many sides of HR including Talent, C&B, development and culture change. You are able to communicate easily on all levels (in both English and Dutch) and you understand the balance between business focus and associate engagement;

  • You actively invest in engaging, coaching and developing others. You have solid commercial savvy and understand the importance of client-centricity. You are highly focused on excellent execution and will need to be able to balance a demanding agenda, a fast moving environment and competing priorities with a pragmatic problem-solving approach.
