Job Description

As our Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in building relationships and partnering with our Sales and Technical teams.  
You will: 

  • Report, analyse and interpret business performance and KPIs 
  • Prepare financial forecasts 
  • Partner with key stakeholders to make informed strategic and tactical decisions 
  • Review customer profitability 
  • General cost planning and monitoring
     

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will be well organised, accustomed to working effectively in demanding environments with competing priorities. You will be an excellent communicator with highly developed analytical skills and attention to detail. In addition, you will be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Make things simple and easily understandable for your stakeholders 
  • Interpreting large data and providing deep analysis and actionable insights
  • Strong financial knowledge – including driver-based forecasting, P&L and KPIs reporting
  • A positive, flexible and proactive approach 
  • Liaise effectively with all area of the business
  • Ability to identify risks and opportunities 
  • Proficient in MS Office suite & ERP Systems experience (SAP preferred) 
  • Accounting or Finance degree
  • Experience in FMCG environment will be highly advantageous (but not essential)
