Job Description

The HR function at JDE acts as a facilitator for the company’s vision in building leadership capability within the company, driving a performance culture and enhancing associate engagement.

The Global Talent Management team consists of 4 associates that develop & manage the Talent Assessment process, the Learning & Development curriculum and the Performance Management & Engagement programs at JDE. The Global Talent Management Network across the countries consists of ca. 20 associates.

In your role as the Global Talent Management Specialist you will contribute to the development and implementation of the company’s talent, training and development strategy, in alignment with the people strategy. Your focus will be on managing the global performance development and engagement processes. You will initiate and develop programs and initiatives, facilitate portions of development centres, analyse relevant data to ensure the company is reaching/ improving key metrics. The countries rely on you to provide guidelines on performance development and engagement.

You will also lead projects for improving processes, tool and systems for engagement and performance development.

You will report to the Global Talent Management Director and be responsible for facilitating the Global Engagement Network, consisting of ~40 associates from across the globe. Please note these are not direct reports. Furthermore, you will be in close contact with global suppliers providing performance management and engagement services (such as Cornerstone, Tribridge, Gallup).

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need a Master’s degree combined with 3+ years of experience in HR in an international company. Ideally you’ve already gained some project management experience, where you’ve been able to display your ambition to succeed. You have strong analytical skills and have an affinity for systems. You get energy from analyzing key data, working accurately and the conclusions you’re able to draw from the analysis!
