Job Description

Are you passionate about all things tea? Join our retail leading team as Brand Manager in time to take Ti Ora global!

Based from our offices at East Tamaki and reporting directly to the Marketing Manager NZ you will be focussing on helping take the iconic Ti Ora tea to the rest of the globe. 

You will play a pivotal role in dealing with the challenges of project management, have full accountability and gain broad marketing exposure as you plan and implement a variety of marketing initiatives. Your ability to grasp the big picture and positive attitude will contribute to this vibrant culture. With the chance to take ownership, and influence peers and management in a global network, this is a real opportunity to make your mark. Your focus will be looking after the Ti Ora Tea portfolio including some exciting NPD. Lots of scope for innovation and flavour development.  

Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Growing the brand (including developing and executing NPD)
  • Range management  
  • Managing external communication activities (including social media)
  • Defining and implementing the category plan
  • Managing launch activities 

Qualifications

About you: 

  • 3+ years experience Brand Management in an FMCG environment
  • Passion for coffee, consumers and customers 
  • Ambition and willingness to grow and develop
  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing or similar
  • Commercial acumen with budget management experience
