The team

The team is involved in the key coffee & tea product innovation & renovation projects through 3 areas of responsibilities:

Project management
Managing the cross functional teams in bringing the key innovation & renovation projects within JDE to market

Program Management
Managing the cohesion and driving the delivery  of the full JDE Growth Program; support the business in scoping of growth programs and projects

Process Management
Business owner of the key innovation processes I4G and A4E responsible for the governance, training and embedding

The I&PD team has been organized mirroring the business categories and recently has added a regional hub in Asia as well. 

The business category you will be working with and delivering for is Single Serve and our Tea category. This includes our products such as coffee capsules (LÓr, Jacobs, Marcilla, etc.), Tassimo, Senseo and the brands yet to be launched!

The Innovation & Program Delivery Manager Single Serve/Tea has 2 key areas of responsibilities:

Team Management
Manages the Innovation Delivery Team for SiSe consisting of 3 Innovation Delivery Managers who run the key innovation and renovation projects for the category.

Program Management:
The I&PD manager SiSe is the key business partner for the Single Serve Category which consist of Pads, Capsules andg of key large initiatives as well as the realization and management of the category 24M plan and category clinics. In your role you manage your teams and their projects to high performance delivering the projects for the category On Time, in Full and In Quality; you set the framework for success for the Innovation Delivery Managers and you actively help manage the stakeholder environment driving strong delivery and high quality project decision making.

As business partner to the SiSe and Tea Category you are a credible business partner able to build winning partnerships; provide clarity & simplicity in the delivery of the growth program and throughout act with a growth and can do mind set.

You think, plan and act ahead and exceed in follow up and follow through.

To be successful in this role you will bring 10+ years of experience in innovation and project & program management in a multi-functional global working environment. You have a vision on what a best practice looks like for both and are not afraid to put a stake in the ground and drive implementation. An ideal candidate would have experience in project-, program and team management, joint with top notch business acumen. You work data driven & fact based; are a strong communicator & connector and have the ability to “walk & operate” between the functions, navigating projects & programs within a dynamic business environment.

This role includes exposure to the senior management of JDE which requires strong stakeholder management capabilities & skills. Dealing with ambiguity comes naturally to you.  It is critical that you can lead & influence.
