Job Description

Within the department of Global RD&O (Research Development & Operations) we are looking for an HR Business Partner to join our team. In your role as the HRBP, you will be responsible for executing and monitoring the HR policies within the company. Actively advising and supporting JDE management and employees is critical in determining the future success of the department. As HRBP you will directly report to the HR Director RD&O.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as an all-round HRBP for management and employees;
  • Be responsible for the execution of the HR-agenda including subjects like employment conditions, annual rewards- and evaluation process, potential management, employees’ engagement, turnover, absenteeism and labor law conditions.
  • Monitoring of (personal) development plans and performance management;
  • Take part in HR projects.

 

Qualifications

To be succesful in this role, you will have at least 2 to 3 years of work experience in an international environment as an HR Business Partner. You're available full time and have excellent communication skills in both Dutch as English.
