The Field Sales Support Assistant performs reports and business analysis, maintains the business systems and provides information relevant to the business and sales projection.
Check the incoming sales data credibility, reduce data manipulation and improve daily business results follow up processes.
Support the Sales force team in the Individual target setting. Maintain the needed templates. Follow up/calculate the respective targets performance.
Preparation of new SKUs price lists.
Maintenance of the main Sales Department information. Ad hoc reports preparation. Support other departments with sales data.
Coordinate information flow between JDE and Distributors concerning sales data and new outlets creation.
National trade activities reconciliation. Support trade marketing department with weekly follow up reports.
- 1 years’ experience in Sales / Sales Information / Finance;
- FMCG Market knowledge, customer and consumer insights understanding;
- Results oriented behaviour;
- Communication & Negotiation skills;
- Strong Analytical skills;
- Team player;
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office;
- Very good knowledge of English language in spoken and written;
- Driving license;
