Job Description

Are you looking for the next step in your career?

The Demand Planning manager is responsible for the local demand planning processes within the region, making sure demand plans are aligned internally with all key stakeholders and aligned with supply to secure a high customer service level.

The demand planning manager is also responsible for stock rotation at the local warehouses as well as optimizing sourcing and portfolio.

In addition, the demand planning manager is responsible for the function delivering the set Supply chain KPIs and to together with team lead the continuous improvement process to ensure both that the function and team members learn and develop.

Key responsibilities:

  • Facilitate and drive the local S&OP processes ensuring high quality output and alignment with local management teams
  • Reporting region volume forecast for central S&OP
  • Improving Forecast accuracy & Forecast bias across the region
  • Managing service level for the region
  • Ensuring stock rotation within targets across region
  • Portfolio analysis and optimization
  • Ensuring high quality of master data
  • Driving continuous improvement process with the team
  • Talent development
  • Stakeholder management

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you will have

  • Minimum 5 years Supply Chain planning experience
  • Preferably within FMCG
  • Experience with demand and supply planning
  • High data discipline
  • Strong communication skills
  • Highly analytical and accurate
  • Results driven
  • Capable of influencing others
  • Strong motivation and leadership skills
  • Fluent in English, Scandinavian languages seen as a plus
