Job Description

We are giving a great opportunity to a university student to look into the world of coffee and try out your skills and set your signature on the structure of processors within the Legal and Corporate Affairs function.

 

The ideal candidate is

  • Able to rethink existing processors and execute their  implementation e.g. (within corporate house cleaning, statutory compliance and reporting, legal TECH, contract management)
  • Map data processors (for GDPR compliance)   
  • Setting up electrical accesses to public registers
  • Map need for standardized ways of working and implementing relevant templates/structures

Qualifications

The ideal candidate has:

  • Min. on second year on Bachelor degree
  • Fluency in English oral and in writing – a Nordic language is a benefit but not a requirement
  • Detail oriented
  • High drive and agile
  • Understand how to prioritize and take full responsibility for the tasks
  • Thrives interacting with the whole organization
  • Sees opportunities for streamlining and challenging status quo
  • Legal understanding is a benefit but not a requirement

Additional Information

The expected working hours are 15 hours/week.

The role will report directly to the Legal and Corporate Affairs Manager Nordics.
