Job Description

To support this ambition, we are look for our new Global Partner Marketing Manager to join this dynamic and entrepreneurial team.  The role gives you ownership to define a powerful customer marketing vision for the distributor network and international key accounts.  From Iceland to South Africa to Japan, you will be responsible for creating a fit to win portfolio, owning and operating our growth driver program, and developing a Partner Capability program to drive world class distributor capabilities around the world.  In short, it’s a game changing role for a talented commercial marketer!

 

You will report to the Global Business Development Director and lead a team of 2 Partner Marketing Specialists and a Commercial Support Specialist. You will also collaborate closely with the Professional Global Marketing team. 

 

This role offers an exciting step into JDE and a fantastic opportunity to make a big impact in a very fast moving team. 

Qualifications

To succeed in this role you will need:

  • 5+ years’ experience in marketing, ideally related to trade or customer marketing.

  • Creative ideas combined with analytical competence and commercial acumen.

  • Comfort with fast pace of change and entrepreneurial pragmatism.

  • A proven track record of driving commercial growth within a FMCG company.

  • An understanding (and enjoyment of) business development

  • Sharp communication skills and English fluency.

  • Experience of working with distributor partners and/or working in a multi-market role will be a distinct advantage.
