Traineeship Program Highlights: When we grow, you grow

JDE Traineeship Program represents a professional opportunity for students in terminal study year, master students or those who have just completed their studies, who are proficient English speakers & enlightened by Entrepreneurial spirit, who put Passion in everything they do day by day.

The traineeship period  is 1 year and it is payed.

• You will understand the role and responsibilities of each department in achieving our mission

• You will turn your ideas into projects with a positive imprint on the coffee world, a world in which Jacobs Douwe Egberts intends to differentiate and maintain as a market leader

• You will discover the field in which you want to leave your mark, where you fit in and where you may want to become a professional

Step 1:  Apply

• essay on subject „It's amazing what can happen over a cup of coffee” (max 1000 words / 1 page)

Step 2: Test your super powers!

You will have an apportunity to get to know the company even better and closer – you will spend a day as a Manager at JDE. This will help you to prepare yourself for a presentation on a subject you will recieve that day and will have to present your ideas to the Leadership Team Members. 

Step 3: You are the champion of coffee democracy!

Two of you will become #CoffeeChampionSuperTrainees.
