• HR master data guardian –  coordinates quality and timely document flow during personnel lifecycle (orders, requests, job descriptions, contracts etc);

• HR systems expert – manages on high level of expertise 1C & SAP HR systems (regular update with quality data, proper reporting and analytical summaries):

• Vacations controller – controls balance, collects vacation requests, prepares orders and reports;

• Continuous improver - finds opportunities improvements in HR systems and drives changes;

• Consultant – provides deep and quality consultancy for HR Business Partners and Centers of Expertise on labor law;

• Owner of labor related policies – develops, updates, adapts HR policies and procedures, Collective agreement;

• Disciplined reports builder – prepares regular reports re HC, personnel data; prepares and submits legally required reporting (1 ПВ etc);

• Skilled communicator – keeps organization informed about key changes in area of responsibility;

• Passionate on boarder – provides regular inductions for newcomers about labor relations principles, HR policies and HR document flow in JDE Ukraine;

• Cooperation builder – responsible for cooperation with Life insurance provider, connection of new associates to insurance program (if needed), communication with supplier;

• High level coordinator of outsourcing associates in both HR Systems, with supplier, and all associates on the question related with labor law; responsible for delivery, check, sign and transit in finance of payment documents from Outsourcing and insurance supplier.

• Enthusiastic about coffee;

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (finance, management etc.);

• Experience in the role of labor relations;

• Understanding of local labor law;

• High accuracy in work with data and documents;

• Excellent communication skills;

• Fluent Ukrainian, Russian, English both written and oral;

• FMCG Multinational Enterprise experience is a plus;

• PC skills: MS Word, MS excel, MS PowerPoint, SAP, 1C;
