Job Description

In your role as Global FP&A Analyst you will deliver high quality internal and external management information, with simplified impactful messages and recommendations to senior leadership. In addition, you will support and review business investments, perform high quality quantitative justification analysis as well as work together with Global Strategy and Innovation Control team and support M&A team, as well as Tax and Treasury.

You will be supporting the Executive Committee and Regional Head of Finance with key strategic financial analyses on a periodic basis. You work with the Global Director in quantifying projects, financial analyses and investment requests and lead the Global Annual Operating Plan.

You will report to the Global FP&A Manager. The FP&A team reports directly to the CFO and is the financial conscience of the Executive Committee (ExCo) and organization as a whole. The team is a highly motivated and ambitious group of finance potentials. As part of the short and mid-term planning and analysis this team is responsible for supporting the ExCo in broad strategic (planning and managing) processes and projects from financial point of view.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need a Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration or Accounting combined with 2+ years of experience in finance (Accounting/Consulting Big4 or FMCG is an advantage). You have strong analytical skills and logical thinking (driving simplicity). You have exceptional interpersonal qualities, you’re pro-active, eager to learn and highly motivated to boost your career. You will be a flexible team player and bring strong verbal communicational skills in English.
