Job Description

JDE Professional is responsible for the customers in all Out of Home markets. Within JDE Professional, Global Supply Chain arranges the supply of coffee machines and spare parts on more than 50 countries and is the main contact for international suppliers and local Operation departments. The department is responsible for the aggregated forecast, realization of optimal availability of products, stock management, warehousing, Masterdata, introductions of new machines and continuous improvement. Global Supply Chain consists of 12 enthusiastic people and we are looking for a fulltime Supply Specialist per October 1st.

In your role you are responsible for all Supply Chain process related for several key suppliers. Your main goal is to work on achieving targets on supplier reliability (OTIF) and minimizing out of stocks with optimal costs and stock levels. This includes purchasing strategy, purchase order management (creation and follow up POs, including blocked invoices) and KPI reporting. Also, you participate in project teams for implementation of innovations, delisting of machines and spare parts.

You will work within the central supply planning process and work on improvement opportunities on your supply accounts and this process. Next to that you will maintain the business relationship with these suppliers, where you are allowed to international travel. Furthermore, you lead the development of Supply Chain Service Level Agreements with our key international suppliers.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you need a higher education in Economics/Logistics along with similar functional years of expertise gained within an international environment (ideally Service logistics or FMCG). You are a team player with key internal & external stakeholder management skills and with the ability to effectively communicate & influence others. You are eager to take ownership and initiative: You make it happen! You have highly developed analytical, numerical skills and work accurate. You have sound knowledge of SAP, advance skills in Excel. We expect you to have a strong command in English, as this is our business language. Additional languages are an advantage.
