Reporting to the R&D Single Serve Coffee Pads Manager, you will be at the heart of coffee business working for coffee pads, which is the coffee for one of the key Single Serve Coffee systems.

Your main responsibility will be to contribute in the delivery of the right product, packaging and process design and specifications within innovation, renovation and adaptation projects from start to launch. The role offers an excellent opportunity to support product design by understanding consumer needs and developing meeting those needs.

You will lead laboratory testing and industrial trails to qualify products  At the same time you will work in different R&D projects through the different project phases in time with the right quality of delivery. We expect you to have to have interest in coffee and to get experienced in the richness of the coffee world.

What we need you to bring to this role is 3+ years of experience within R&D in food and/or beverage industry. You have grounded your knowledge to Master degree level food technology or another relevant technical study.

You have strong affinity with technical processes, experience in optimization of products and processes and supporting methodologies and experience in R&D project management. You are a good communicator, creative, result oriented, proactive and have a passion for product and technologies. You can work in a team as well as independently.
