Job Description

The Jacobs brand is the biggest JDE brand present across all coffee categories, representing close to €1.4 Billion retail sales value in 40 countries. Key Jacobs geographies would currently include Germany / Central Europe, Russia, Mexico, South Africa, Middle East. Jacobs is one of JDE’s strongest global brands, the brand of choice for geographical expansion and priorities moving forward.

 

The L’OR brand is the fastest-growing JDE brand present across all coffee categories, representing close to €500 Million retail sales value in 25 countries. Key L’OR geographies would currently include Western / Central Europe, Russia, Brazil, Australia as well as presence and sales via global DTC online platform. Launched in 2016 across geographies and categories, L’OR has been JDE key growth contributor and will be one of JDE’s strongest global brands and priorities moving forward.

 

The Global Content Producer Jacbos & L’OR is part of the Global Marketing Jacobs& L’OR team and is responsible for managing digital and offline campaigns content creation from concept through to delivery. The objective is to challenge existing development models, tests new integrated models of production and content development within the organization to drive scale and efficiency.

 

This position is based within the Global JDE Marketing Team based in Amsterdam and will report to the Global Digital Content Manager.

 

Key responsibilities:

 

  • Manage the execution of the brand content strategy from concept to delivery at the global level.
  • Manage the content creation sprints with the agency partners (offline/digital/freelance) to ensure integrated campaign success and on time asset delivery
  • Manage the content asset management tool for the brand, ensuring that markets can easily navigate the global content, find and trans create assets
  • Monitor and review the local implementation of brand content to ensure high quality, brand consistency and content usage at scale.
  • Reduce complexity and seek synergy to avoid duplication and fragmentation of work.
  • Ensures that all projects are deliver on time to budget, purchase orders issued, jobs are being closed when complete and vendors are being paid.

 

To be successful in this role, you will need a Master’s degree combined with 4-5  experience in producing branded content and digital based projects (advertising, social media, video/content)

 

Other key qualifications are:

  • Knowledge of video/content production and project management tools/methodologies.

  • Demonstrated skills in media production workflow and digital asset management.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a variety of people: creative, technical, management.

  • Excellent project management skills (budget, communication, collaborative, and organizational abilities)

  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities, timelines in a complex, highly demanding and fast paced work environment.

  • Ability to respond to the changing circumstances and priorities in a solution oriented focused approach and timely manner; proactively address issues as they arise.

 

Qualifications
