Job Description
As our new R&D Project Lead you will be at the heart of our coffee pads business for one of the key Single Serve Coffee systems. You’ll lead the technical product development work in both innovation and renovation projects and will assume an R&D leadership role in a cross-functional team.
This means interacting with stakeholders (including business partners in the countries) on a regular basis, to align on their needs for innovation and renovation. Moreover, you’ll organize local innovation- and renovation projects and identify specific focus areas. In these, you’ll guide team efforts to successful solutions, mentoring your team members in quality of delivery.
Qualifications
To be successful in this challenging role, you have a Master’s Degree in (preferably) Food Technology and at least 7 years of experience in R&D, in various positions including product development and industrial implementation in FMCG, preferably in the food and/ or beverage industry.
Furthermore, you’ll bring
- Proven leadership qualities and a track record of successes in bringing innovation to the market
- Sound awareness of consumer and sensory tools
- Excellent technical skills, being solution provider
- Profound experience in project management
- Experience in an international environment, dealing with different cultures.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluency English
