The Marketing Manager manages the coffee category on a local level within the category guidelines set. The role is responsible for portfolio deployment, range management, media planning, campaign translation and execution, artwork translation, local brand management and compiling and sharing key market insights.

Critical part of the role: integration of all marketing processes into JDE system and aligning the future road map for coffee category with global team. 

• BA in Marketing / Management, MBA / MA is a plus
• 5+ years of category and team management experience in an international FMCG company
• Experience in category/brand management of products which are emotionally important for the end customers
• Proven success to work in complex environment, having experience in company transformations is a plus
• Project management skills and experience with stakeholder management
• Excellent command of English & Turkish
