Job Description

  • Stationery – functional HR and facility buyer; issues and tracks all office related POs; be primary contact for all suppliers the company is doing business with; register and file all company’s orders, letters of attorney and other formal documents;

  • Courier services – register all incoming and outgoing mail in register; send and receives postal/courier parcels; main point of contact for external companies – transportation, courier, etc.

  • Booking of flight tickets, reservations of hotels and restaurants; organizes company guest visits (invitations and visas); distribution of incoming and outgoing correspondence, telephone connections and arrangements of meetings.

  • Organization of various company events by providing full organizational, communicational and informational support.

  • Office supplies – ensure the stocks and carried out orders of milk, tea, sugar, etc.

  • HR function support in the following areas: local benefits management (food vouchers, multisport cards, free goods, etc.); car fleet tracking and lease supplier communication; internal onboarding process; organizing annual medical exams

Qualifications

 

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in similar position(s)
  • Experience in FMCG business sector and/or in an international environment
  • University degree
  • Good English skills & PC knowledge
  • High level of communication and organizational skills
  • SAP knowledge will be considered as an advantage
