• Is responsible for GL accounting, performs bookings and supports Accounting Manager in analyses and reporting as per company business model
• Prepares financial reports and accounting statements
• Ensures SAP bookings quality and works together with business stakeholders to maintain accurate records
• Supports actual vs budget monitoring for advertising and promotion costs
• Is responsible for managing contractual discounts for customers (trade allowance system)
• Supports internal and financial audits with professional expertise
• Prepares ad-hoc reports and financial analyses and contributes to continuous process improvement in the accounting area

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting;
• 2-3 years of work experience;
• Analytical skills and numerical reasoning;
• High accuracy;
• Experience in working in a multi-cultural environment, with cross-functional teams;
• Be persuasive and cooperative;
• Process driven.

In this position, you will report to the Accounting & Tax Manager and execute the role's responsibilities concerning the organization’s accounting policies and the communication of these policies throughout the organization. In addition, the Accounting Specialist  has responsibilities in reviewing financial reports, providing technical expertise, managing external relationships.
