Job Description

The human resource function at JDE acts as a facilitator for the company’s vision in building leadership capability within the company, driving a performance culture and enhancing associate engagement that is the foundation and since we are growing and pursue new business opportunities we will bring aboard a new HRBP for our Nordic Cluster.  

We seek a highly motivated professional to enthusiasm and lead our structural as well as cultural transformation in the foundation of a change agenda. You lead by example and engage your environment and at the same time monitor, report and overview compliance with our JDE values and processes.

Tasks:

We expect you to take lead within T&C Harmonization and execution, engagement and cultural integration planning, communication materials onboarding assessment and many more important and challenging tasks just to give some examples.

After a thorough review of the culture, people and ways of working across Nordics we like to be enlighten by new and creative suggestions on how to further develop and optimize our organizational design and increased profitability.

In the role you will support a variety of stakeholders but focus will be on the Country leadership teams. You will report to the Nordic HR Director but work close to the Swedish HRBP and in collaboration with the Nordic HR community.

Qualifications

  • Approximately 5+ years in generalist HR role and/or PM-role.

  • FMCG experience or similar

  • Experience from a leading role in the context of business transformation and change with proven experience in stakeholder management.

  • Project management skills and cultural agility.

  • Previous experience within the field of company integrations/merges and acquisitions.

  • Possibility to travel extensive in Nordic countries and visit many sites/locations. (Especially within the first 6-9 months).
