Job Description

  • PR strategy development and execution
  • Assist in implementation of internal communications strategy for the organization
  • Lead internal communications process in Ukraine (including the plant) and EECA countries (Georgia, Belarus, Kazakhstan): from planning to implementation (News flow: News Digest, Internal communication program with newcomers; establish and execute a monthly internal communications calendar)
  • Project management (both for HQ, EECA and Plant)
  • Event management (all corporate events including New Year party, company birthday party etc.)
  • Be responsible suppliers tender and negotiations
  • Internal activities (motivation program, brand PR, sport competitions etc.)
  • Lead volunteering projects
  • Create and implement content for Corporate TV
  • Budget planning and realization (including PR/PO, accruals management)

Qualifications

  • Strong influencing, collaboration, communication and presentation skills

  • Strong analytical skills - able to use data to articulate a strong business case

  • Strong Project Management capability

  • Discipline and rigor to ensure processes are followed

  • Good English

  • Experience of leading internal communications in international companies

  • Solid experience in writing announcements, updates and articles for internal portal, corporate TV, company newsletters, digests etc.

  • Experience in writing an updating content and PR materials

  • Experience in organizing big corporate events (internal)

  • Experience in conducting tenders and choosing service suppliers

  • Experience of leading volunteer and sponsorship projects would be a benefit
