Job Description

It’s been a period of significant change in our NZ business and we need you to help take us to the next level of maturity in all that we do. Your scope will include realising value from a recent acquisition and making recommendations around best practice post our SAP implementation.

You will work directly with the Finance Director ANZ, Finance Managers and local market stakeholders and be responsible for:

  • Project design  
  • Root cause analysis
  • Project delivery
  • Project transition to BAU (business as usual)/ CI (Continuous Improvement) 

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and experience:

  • 10+ years experience at a Finance Manager level and managing a change agenda
  • Strong knowledge and experience with IT systems (ideally SAP)
  • FMCG Experience (desirable)
  • Knowledge of and experience with program and project management methods 
  • Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skills and an ability to build effective relationships.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated analytical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Experience with integration (desirable) 
  • A straightforward, resilient approach with a passion for all things coffee!
