Job Description

Build relationships with our Customers and our Sales Force
Use your outstanding customer services skills in a collection capacity 
Monday – Friday permanent full time role

As our new Control Specialist working to support our Professional /Out of Home business you will spend most of your time on the phone to our customers ensuring that they are paying on time and in full. You will also be responsible for:  

  • Allocating customer payments 
  • Responding to customer queries (email and phone)
  • Processing  customer claims and rebates
  • Run AR direct debit payments and AP supplier payments

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to be well organised, accustomed to working effectively in demanding environments with competing priorities. You will be an excellent communicator in both written and verbal form. In addition, you will be able to demonstrate the following:

  • 2+ years experience in an Accounts Receivable / Collections capacity
  • SAP experience 
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Impeccable attention to detail 
  • Basic to intermediate level MS Excel 
  • Ability to use initiative
  • Willingness to work as part of a fun team who like to support each other 
  • Open to feedback and willing to learn
