Job Description

  • Delivery of E-Commerce market share and GP target; Sales Value and Search targets.
  • Develops and negotiates Pureplay customer JBPs to deliver AOP; Leads team to deliver all aspects of account performance - forecast, sales, profit, cash.
  • Builds broad networks and deep relationships in the customer base, including developing new business to create cut-through for JDE brands and categories over short and long-term.
  • Develops and delivers E-Commerce Pureplay and Clicks & Mortar Channel plan, developing, executing and evaluating promotional, shopper marketing, digital media and NPD activations.
  • Coordinates and leads x-functional resource to create tailored customer propositions to grow the category and our brands long-term.
  • Shapes JDE SCE (Romania, Bulgaria & Greece) E-Commerce strategy by collaborating with Marketing, broader Sales team and JDE Global E-Commerce team.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years commercial customer-facing experience including E-Commerce
  • Understands fundamental levers available to Brands to drive revenue and profit within E-Commerce customers
  • Experience of using multiple online and digital data sources to shape strategies and evaluate performance
  • Excellent planning, organizing, communication, analytical and problem solving; excellent IT skills.

You are an experienced Commercial Manager with deep interest in, and credible experience of E-Commerce, looking for a career experience that will accelerate your development in this rapidly growing sales and media channel, opening a bigger future career in E-Commerce.

The heart of this role is the leadership of E-Commerce in the South-Central Europe cluster (Romania, Bulgaria & Greece), taking ownership for educating the business and leading the execution of the in-market strategy.  You will be accountable for the delivery of the JDE strategy for Pureplay Online and Click & Mortar channels across the SCE cluster. 

You will be directly responsible for the P&L and Customer Management of the Pureplay Online Channel, and have indirect responsibility for Click & Mortar e-tailers, acting in a thought leadership. 

You will report directly to the South-Central Europe General Manager and be the SCE lead for E-Commerce, working very closely with the Global E-Commerce Director and Global E-Commerce team in Amsterdam.

You will also enjoy leveraging your strategic capabilities and provide wider leadership, commercial thinking and best practice in Clicks & Mortar E-Commerce. 

A proven x-functional contributor, you will work closely with the Digital Marketing function to identify, execute and evaluate media, search and shopper activation plans to drive JDE brand and category strategy.
